Our Site Transactions Rules and Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.  We may, in our sole discretion and control, cancel quantities if we run out of stock or an item is completely sold out. We can put the order on hold for up to three to four weeks to allow us to re-order your desired color, style and size.  We will attempt to notify you by contacting you by email or phone number from the information provided at the time of the order.  We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Our customers and web site visitors are our most valuable asset.  We would love to share information with this audience.  Information submitted to Notice Me Jeans will never be sold or shared.  We do reserve the right to post testimonials on the Notice Me Jeans website.  We will request permission before posting customer information on any web site, or social networking sites like Facebook®, or Twitter®. We want to know your experience with our butt-lifting jeans. 

Our Privacy Policy 
Your submission of personal information through Notice Me Jeans is governed by our privacy policy.  We respect your privacy.  We will not contact you by email at later date to update you with Newsletters unless you sign up for them.  We are using Pay Pal for method of payment.  We don not have access to payment information nor will it be stored on our web site.

The Colors Displayed on our Web Site
We have made every effort to ensure the quality of pictures that are displayed on the site to appear as accurately as possible according to your computer’s monitor screens.  We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's screen will display pictures accurately or colours as they appear in real life. 

Our Online Returns Policy
We want you to fall in love with your butt all over again with Notice Me Jeans.  If something is not right, please contact us right away.  We will exchange or refund you within 30 days of delivery date.  We can send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style.

Terms and Condition Policy of Merchant
We take pride in all of our NOTICE ME JEANS products. Notice Me Jeans will only accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise sold at regular prices. As well as, the merchandise must be returned with original receipt and tags must be attached and no alteration done to the length of the jeans.  It must be returned in the same condition as it was received.  Please include all product-packing materials.

Refunds 
Refunds are processed when item(s) are received.  If everything is acceptable and approved, we will refund you the cost of merchandised paid to Notice Me Jeans.  We will not refund you the cost of shipping or the cost of taxes and duties charged by any other organization other than Notice Me Jeans. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. DO NOT SEND CASH!

Our Policy for Returning Items that are not Resalable
If you return the jeans and they are not in good condition. We will ship back the jeans to you at your own expense without any refund.  

Shipping Rates
Notice Me Jeans is not responsible for shipping cost when you make a purchase with us.  We are also not responsible for returns from your location to our online refund location. And any exchanges we provide from Notice Me Jeans location back to your return address. We are also not responsible for cost of shipping.  Any shipping requirements are the customer’s responsibility. 

Taxes
The prices on the product page are without taxes. Taxes will be added at the time of method payment request. If you live in Ontario we charge you GST and PST. Outside of Ontario within Canada only GST will be added to the cost of goods at time of payment.  Outside Canada, but in the USA, you will not be charged Taxes.  For any other destinations, we will investigate and get back to you within 48 hours.

Taxes and Duties

Order Confirmation

Q:  How will I know if my order is confirmed?
A:  Provide us with a valid email address at the time of check out and you will receive two-email address. The first one, confirms the details of the order and notifies you that we can have it in stock. The second order advises you that the order has been shipped and contains your NOTICE ME JEANS order tracking number.
Q:  How do I track my order?
A:  Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  As soon as your package clears our international facility, and the package is on it’s way, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking code from FedEX.  All other inquires, please contact us at info@noticemejeans.com

Shipping Options  We ship all of our products by ground unless you prefer Notice Me Jeans to be shipped by other types of shipping options. You can make your selection at the time of check out.

Care Instructions
Q:  How do I wash Notice Me Jeans products?
A:  To fully enjoy and maintain the jeans in good condition for long time, please wash by hand in cold water inside out   and lay flat to dry. Only if necessary, iron jeans on cool setting with a cloth on top of the jeans. This helps to keep the jean's original colour.  Although we do not think it's necessary to iron if you follow the above instructions.

Colored  Fabric
Q: Will the jeans lose or transfer their color?
A:   Denim and dyed fabric in general can fade, wash out and bleed.  This is normal and in most cases desired. 
Notice Me Jeans uses highest quality dyes and high cotton content.  Bleeding and fading should be minimal.
To minimize the possibility of dye transfering to your clothes and/or skin. Follow the above instructions for proper care of your Notice Me Jeans.
